Your Ergo handles have a built in ledge above the thumb position. During upswings, this ridge helps propel the weight upward with more force while taking pressure off your fingers and distributing it to the top part of your hand. If you have been using the old foam handles, you’ll feel the difference on your first workout.

The firm rubber material does not absorb sweat and bacteria. The texture throughout the interior of your grips will keep your hands from slipping even during your most vigorous Weighted Hands workouts.

What Size Grips Should I Get?

Getting the right fit for your Heavy Hands is easy.

 All of the grips on Heavy Hands are the same size. However, the back strap that hugs around the back of your hand can be sized.  Here’s the one question to ask.

If you are a man and you needed to buy some latex gloves to clean up around the house or do the dishes, what size would you get?

 If you played golf and needed a golf glove, what size would you get for your hands?

 Small, Medium, Large, or X-Large.

 Answer this question, and you will have the right fit for your Heavy Hands back strap.

NOTE: If you are walking with 10 LBS in each hand or more for extended sessions, you may want to order a size lower for a more supportive fit. All straps will “Break In.” They also have some stretch.
